About our Speaker:

Ben-Hempstead

Ben Hempstead, Mechanical Engineering Lead - Electroimpact

Ben Hempstead is a Professional Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, and Chief of Staff at Electroimpact.  He has a BSME from the UW ’94 and has been with EI for 19 years.  During his career at EI he has been mostly involved with machines and tools for Airbus wing manufacturing.  He specializes in Catia machine design, structural analysis, and stress analysis for Boeing Tooling.  As Chief of Staff he assists EI’s owner in refining and promoting the corporate culture and reviewing and disciplining the USA employees which number approximately 500 today.
