PNAA’s Board of Directors awarded Tool Gauge the 2017 Company of the Year Award for its outstanding commitment to aerospace excellence.

For over 50 years, Tool Gauge has helped aerospace OEMs and tier-one aircraft integrators optimize their supply chain. Operating out of state-of-the-art facilities located in Tacoma, Washington, the company manufactures complex, high-quality, value-driven metal and plastic parts and assemblies for the global aerospace industry. Tool Gauge is one of only a handful of Boeing-certified class I and II plastics shops in the world capable of machining full five-axis parts. The company’s continuous investment in the latest manufacturing technology and engineering solutions combined with its talented staff enables them to supply high-quality products made to very precise specifications at a competitive cost in record time.

Under the leadership of its CEO, Debbie Lee, Tool Gauge plans to nearly double its 49,000 sq ft factory floor to 94,000 sq ft by 2019. The new facility will enable them to expand their plastics press range, broaden their secondary operations, and house a vertical paint system leading to even shorter lead times, enhanced product quality, and better cost control all while bringing 50 to 100 additional aerospace jobs to the marketplace over the next five years.
