Leadership. Empowerment. Education.
1932 – Amelia Earhart, flying a Lockheed Vega, becomes the first woman to make a solo flight across the North Atlantic, flying from Harbour Grace in Newfoundland to Derry in Northern Ireland in 14 hours 54 min. There are many women in the aerospace industry pushing the limits and paving the way for more women to accomplish their goals and dreams. At the conference, we will discuss how to manage the new work culture, the disruption of aerospace and industry work tied to the northwest and get a deeper understanding of career perspectives.
The day will include dynamic speakers, engagement activities, professional development, an attendee driven hack-a-thon, award ceremony, opportunity for professional headshots, a social hour and lots of time for networking.
